Big and international companies have enormous number of employees so these companies pay higher salaries to their secretaries whereas the local or small companies pay lesser. This is not an ideal job as we speak about the money, but people who can’t do a difficult or full time job, usually apply for this job.

- Don’t send out the resume without proofreading it. This is important that once you have finished with writing, you look for the tiny grammatical or spelling mistakes inside the paragraphs.
- Don’t make your resume too long and two pages are more than enough.
- There is no need to put a picture on your secretary resume. The employer will only look for your abilities not your personality or beauty.
